  • 2 pears sliced with stem and seeds removed
  • 1/2 cucumber chopped
  • 1/4 cup coconut kefir
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1/2 cup water
  • ice optional
  • 1 tbsp honey optional - can substitute stevia
