I want to join and guide you along your journey to make lasting lifestyle changes. Whether you’re tired of working hard and not seeing results, or you just don’t know where to begin, I’m here to share what I’ve learned and lived. Together, we’ll strengthen your knowledge about Healthy Eating and Active Living and find actionable ways to bring this to life.

As a certified Holistic Health Coach, I help individuals to improve their health in a simple 

and attainable way. I believe in using evidence-based diet and lifestyle changes to help my clients regain and maintain optimal health, by gradually introducing healthy eating habits and living practices specific to their body and lifestyle.

Each person is unique and his or her life circumstances and priorities are always taken into consideration. I understand that changing habits and creating a healthy lifestyle does not happen overnight. I guide clients to remove barriers, creating new healthy practices one step at a time. With the knowledge that we aren’t “perfect” all the time, I remind my clients to enjoy life and food, while finding balance and getting back on track.
